I’m a digital marketing expert with 16 years experience in digital optimization, user experience design, and A/B testing. I’ve worked digital marketing optimization from all angles: client side, agency, and technology vendor. Some of my passions are marketing optimization, web design, copywriting, web analytics, testing, and conversion rate optimization.
I’ve had the honor of working for several of the world’s premier, pure-play conversion optimization firms. I’ve presented, and been an expert panelist, at conferences like Conversion Conference and Search Engine Strategies. I was also the Technical Editor on a book about Conversion Optimization published by Sybex/Wiley.
In terms of certifications, I’ve achieved the Digital Analytics Association’s Certified Web Analyst (expired) distinction as well as the Google Analytics Individual Qualification (expired).
I’ve developed my skill set to be “T-shaped,” with deep expertise (7+ years) in Conversion Optimization, Web Analytics, and cross-functional team management. I also have generalist knowledge of digital marketing disciplines like SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, copywriting, and more.
I live in Seattle, Washington with my wife and daughter and enjoy music in my spare time.
